So you are probably wondering, "What are Probiotics?" You may wonder why the need to take probiotics if your body already creates good bacteria. There are different factors that can reduce the amount of good bacteria in your system. Some of these factors include stress, poor eating habits, and bacterial infections. With news stories about the swine flu epidemic, probiotics could play an important role to help keep this nasty bug away from you.

Besides providing additional good bacteria for your body, probiotics can help keep your immune system strong. Many people who take probiotics say that they feel better and have more energy to do the things that they want to do.
